Pharmaceutical production at Lerentang requires significant amounts of high-quality steam for processes such as sterilization, heating, concentrating, and drying. The company manufactures classic medicines like "Liu Wei Di Huang Wan," "Hai Ma Bu Shen Wan," and "Wu Ji Bai Feng Pian."

In 2015, Lerentang purchased three Fulton natural gas steam boilers—two FBS4-1.0 (4T/H) and one FBS2-1.0 (2T/H). A professional team handled everything from system design to installation and commissioning. For over four years, these boilers have operated efficiently, without issues. To further reduce operating costs, energy-saving equipment was added to the flue, cutting gas expenses by nearly 10%.

The boilers feature a corrugated furnace, increasing heat transfer and reducing thermal stress for improved safety. With automated controls, they operate safely 24/7, reducing the workload for operators.
